My Cat Loves My Roommate

I have a problem and i don t know what to do.

My cat loves my roommate.

I do like to use treats and my cat loves them. I love my cats 3 so i d rather spend more on their food less on mine. Every time they see him they rush to the fence and will cry and reach out to him like he s a beatle and it s the 1960 s. I ve had this cat since she was about 4 weeks old.

My cats are my world so it is worth it to me. But then my neighbour decides to give the cats on the street some treats then all the cats included mine go and get food from them. I am the owner of my cat and he loves me. She doesn t take restraint well and doesn t like any human food.
