My Vinyl Will Not Release From The Transfer Tape

You create a decal but when you go to pick it up with the transfer tape the vinyl refuses to release from the backing paper.

Oracal 641and 651 are stiffer films that require higher tack tapes to get them off the liner. Sometimes for reasons unknown the vinyl does not want to lift up with the transfer paper. Ideally the bond between the tape and vinyl should be stronger than that between the vinyl and the kraft paper release liner.
